Young athletes from all over the state participated in the 2009 State Run-Punt-Pass Competition held at the University of Northern Iowa Dome on November 8, 2009.  These young athletes gave it their all as they competed against others from around the state.  The competition consisted of three events: Running, Punting, and Passing.  The competition was divided into six grade divisions from 3^rd – 8^th grade.  Trophies were presented to the top six participants in each age group.  Participants received two attempts at each event and used the better score towards the total.
